      If you work, you get paid.

      Cons

      BMW Company culture: you live at BMW. You sleep for 6 hours in your bed. Wake up, repeat. This is the BMW life. And you spend your life at BMW trying to earn money to pay for the house in which your bed resides. Insanity.
