Pros

Smart, dedicated, passionate, nice and fun employees. Work is interesting and challenging. Nice facilities, location and offices. Beautiful campus. BMW products are outstanding! Great perks including a company car and option to lease an additional BMW!

Cons

Difficult to maintain a good work-life balance with family and personal interests. Workload is often excessive, all consuming. Most "emergencies" are a result of poor senior management. For most employees office cubes are small and offer little privacy to get work done efficiently.

Awesome Company to work for. Great sales people benefits. Would recommend them to anyone. I can;t wait to buy a bmw when I am done with my mba.
