Top Reputation. Very nice salary when past intern level. Great team environment. When Oktoberfest comes around, all employees can wear their dirndls and Lederhose to work for those weeks. Networking. Nice discount on BMW rentals and complete purchasing when past intern level.

Cons

Such a large company that the lower workers sometimes feel left out of the bigger picture and overall mission of the company.

A lot of money; good free time activities around munich; you will have a private mentor who helps you whenever pissible.

Cons

Long days in the buero; some departments have a lot of old people; the work can be from time to time annoying like in every internship

Very nice company to work in the sense the name bmw looks good on your resume / CV. Nice work area.

Cons

No guidance given to juniors from the senior members of the workforce. Office politics seem to matter more than the job at hand. Not a friendly working environment.
