Everything in general, the work environment is friendly, there is a huge respect for work colleagues, the work performed is suited to my abilities, the technology used for day to day is good, the R&D peak of the wave, wonderful facilities

Cons

Maybe too political and difficult to promote once you reach to certain level. Getting a good mentor is a good approach.
