      Pros

      great projects, great team, ambitious people all around. trying to bring the best to the world is a strong motivation.

      Cons

      even though the salary is not too bad from the industry standard, living expenses is quite high in the city which is a bit painful at the end of the day.

      Pros

      On site and off site training that is paid for and is extremely helpful towards learning and feeling the product.

      Cons

      Long hours and at times you come across a client that needs to learn more from you than the sales team. Train the sales team to learn more basic knowledge about the products to free up the floor space for the Genius employees to focus on clients with more than basic needs.
