      The people are nice and the schedule is consistent.

      Cons

      Lack of organization, lack of communication, lack of overall discipline. Managers are quick to blame each other when things go wrong instead of engaging in root cause analysis and cooperating with one another to resolve issues. Management is inconsistent in their approach to projects and standard operating procedures.
