      Pros

      To work at BMW brings the sense of pride, as one of the largest automobile company. It has highly systematic team work frame with excellent work distribution.

      Cons

      Working at one of the largest company has its downside too, sometimes it has large amount of pending work due to large customer base which basically increases the pressure on the working team

      Pros

      Great car lease program as benefit for the associates. Good level of career movements opportunities cross-functional.

      Cons

      Lack of development programs for leaders resulting in poor leadership in some areas and locations. Too much control from headquarters. To be under-staffed seems to be a normal. Systematic budget cuts while achieving sales records brings a big impact in employees motivation and performance.
