We are constantly working on improving our compensation instruments. We have already been able to develop a lot in the past and have the ambition to continue to do so. Besides that, salaries are not everything - we live flexible working, which our employees appreciate and is difficult to convert into money. Do I want to have to travel to the office every day or be flexible in determining my working hours and location?
