Of course, we are aware that we are not perfect in all areas. Therefore, we always keep an eye on upcoming collective bargaining to use further optimization potential with regard to the salary structure to full capacity. Just recently, a tariff increase of 6.5% was achieved! The first half was already adjusted on 01.01.2023, the second half will be adjusted on 01.01.2024.
