Pros

- work flexibility - Average 401K benefits - Good medical benefits

Cons

- Low pay compared to the industry average. - Once you get in, you will never get a consistent pay raise. - Work load and expectations are out of limits. - Your work responsibilities will never be defined so; they can expect you to do whatever they asked you - Managers are totally disconnected from reality. Most of them do not have a technical background, and they will never understand why things are breaking down; They are prone to always blame you so, they can protect themself for bad decisions making. They love to talk the talk but, never walk the walk. They will throw you under the bus to protect themself and look good. - This company is only good for fresh graduate. If you are experienced and talented, look somewhere else. - The culture is very bad. Employees are classified in two group: the likeable and unlikeable. Only the likeable will ever have a chance to be promoted. They always judge you the way they perceived you, with no facts. - Decisions are made by consensus which is not good for talented people looking for creativity.
