The company works hard to take care of its people. Your views are heard and genuinely valued, and you are empowered to make the calls necessary to do your job. Communication is usually very good, top down. Top notch benefits, very strong salary.

Cons

As with most very large companies, sometimes processes can be an impediment to moving things forward as quickly as needed.
