Pros

Convient location in RTP makes commuting easy. Offers chance for alternative transportation with bus and carpooling options for employees. On site shower facilities allow employees to bike to and from work. Management concerned with giving recognition and feedback appropriately. Flexible hours allows much freedom in the work day provided that work gets done before deadlines.

Cons

Unfair and restrictive environment to work in. Generally unfriendly co-workers. Crowded lab space and bureaucratic procedures to pass information to management. Additionally, political correct charged environment which hinders free thinking and promotes a "one way" mentality. Favoritism is often shown between managers and employees. Internal power struggle with certain age groups of employees as well.

Pros

Work from home opportunity. Flexible working hours for some team. On trend with market technology (sometimes a bit too over)

Cons

1. Company priorities gender over skills. A lot of incompetent female “leadership” talks and micromanagement over small goals than actual solving issue. 2. They prioritize visibility over actual work, doing event or making slides will earn you more promotional seats than doing the actual work. 3. No proper training, except for those Udemy or LinkedIn courses which kinda useless. 4. If there is training, they will bond you. 5. Too many old school mentality people holding important roles. 6. Like many of the reviews say. “No guidance” and some senior very reluctant to change. 7. Everything outsource

Toxic Culture, Unjust Audits, and Retaliation

Pros

Pay is above average and benefits are exceptional.

Cons

A colleague — a dedicated and outstanding employee — was subjected to what can only be described as an unjust and targeted internal audit. Despite no prior issues and a solid track record, they were singled out, micromanaged, and repeatedly questioned without transparency or fairness throughout the process. The audit found no violations, no misconduct, and no wrongdoing — yet the company chose to terminate them anyway. It was clear to many of us that the audit was less about uncovering real issues and more about intimidation or retaliation. The process lacked objectivity, and the emotional toll it took on the employee was profound. It created a ripple effect throughout the team, damaging morale and trust in leadership. What’s most troubling is the message this sends: even if you do everything right, speak up professionally, and perform well, you can still be harassed, scapegoated, and discarded without cause. If you’re considering working here, be aware that the culture can be punitive rather than supportive, and accountability seems to apply selectively. Respect and fairness should be at the core of any workplace — sadly, that was not our experience.
