      Pros

      -Locally, company has a mix of people of all ages that makes for a diverse work place. -Company is flexible with leave time

      Cons

      - Company structure and information flow/sharing is poor. - Employees who are institutionalised are very resistant to change and negative. - Local operations are sales driven but held back by central R&D - Employee count at local operations are thin. Only have time to fight spot fires.

      Pros

      The working environment is satisfied. I like to work with colleagues in this department and enjoy share my knowledge to the group.

      Cons

      My initial job title and salary was low. Although my manager tried to promote me (hope it is true as what he said), but it still can not be proceeded. I don't know why.

      - Many opportunities within the corporation given its size - Fair benefits package

      Cons

      - Interaction with incompetent peers - Stressful atmosphere/industry - Many positions require interaction with highly-tailored SAP system, with very few power users to provide assistance- can be very frustrating
