Pros

Vacation time is good because it is a German company Benefits are competitive Pay is competitive and often a reason to stay

Cons

Little room for growth in the immediate geographical area. Limited opportunities for younger employees, many told very frequently we need "more experience" for promotions or even to get an interview internally.

Pros

Company provides you with many opportunities in many different disciplines as long as you are willing to seek them out. Well respected company in the industries it serves. Job security.

Cons

German culture not for everyone. Tough getting around the big company red tape at times.

Pros

Salary positions (with overtime) Stable Good Benefits Immediate Vacation time when position accepted Tight knit workplace

Cons

Shift work Chances are you'll be on afternoons for a long while (almost impossible to get a days position) Midnights is even difficult to go to Many "benefits" have been taken away in the past few years such as holiday parties, achievment awards, summer picnics with families, etc.
