BASF Corporation is a fantastic place to work with great benefits and higher than average pay rates.

BASF had great benefits, lots of paid holidays, nice offices, High tech company. Provided most current PC's and software, as well as training classes.

Cons

BASF often requires professional and management employees to relocate to various U.S. locations. Although there was "talk" about work/ life balance, taking personal time off was frowned upon.
