      Great people, very smart, fast paced environment Florham park facility is fantastic Company benefits are top of class

      Cons

      On-boarding process needs more attention to detail IT support team is overworked and very slow. A few very good people in Florham park simply can't handle the support needs from all the clients using archaic Windows based systems. CRM system does not exist Work sharing rely's on ancient sharepoint tools that just can't compare to apple of google options

      BASF is has a very high focus on safety and it is priority one.....if the job can't be done safely, don't do it.

      Cons

      Being selected for a new position seems to be more about they types of jobs you have held in the past or the people that you know rather than if you are qualified for the job
