      Pros

      Great Company with lot of opportunity in diverse businesses. Great benefits. Lean organization. Customer driven.

      Cons

      Slow in decision making. Highly political environment and very hierarchical and because of that employees who manage up are influencing upper management's decisions. Lack of diversity in many functional roles. Many stuck employees who ruin the working environment for others. Very gossipy culture at various sites.

      Some good products. Some good people. Good vacation benefits for long term employees. Good health insurance. Good 401K plan

      Cons

      Very much a dictorial culture that stifles creativity. Also a lot of corporate bullying from regional and district managers in the agricultural division. They let the people that do this get by with it time after time.
