      Career development, work-life balance, and smart colleagues. The work environment is very collaborative and team oriented. Work schedules are flexible if such a thing fits your role.

      Cons

      Big company where networking is key to advancement. You are limited if you don't develop relationships. Because the company is deep with talent, it's hard to stand out as a unique employee.

      Pros

      Worked at crop protection R&D as an intern. Overall it was a great place to work. The colleagues were productive and friendly. Even as an intern, the work I was assigned was of high importance and interesting. I was given full access to seminars, group discussions, meetings and online resources within the company. Work-life balance was great. The company frequently organized activities for employees outside of work hour.

      The compensation for interns was limited.
