      There is room to grow, your ideas are taken into account.

      Cons

      Room to grow only if you work extra hours. There is no way to achieve all the tasks you are granted working 40 hours per week. I think the stressful environment is the reason a lot of people go and come. That's why there is no stability within the teams.

      Low salaries Growth opportunities are limited and there is no transparency in the promotion phase Some managers do not have people management skills, are not qualified to be manager but somehow became one Senior management is putting so much emphasis on cost reduction, you are just a number as an employee
