      BASF is a great place to grow and develop your career. In BASF I found a company that really takes care of its employees being it through the benefits provide, the flexible and open work environment or the career and learning opportunities provided within the company.

      Cons

      Such a big company faces additional challenges in changing and adapting when needed and be too process intensive.
