      Pros

      I enjoy my coworkers. For a car dealership, it's very relaxed there. Great location. The general manager is an amazing person. Very compassionate.

      Cons

      The management could care less about you. When seeking help, they give you a bad attitude. The controller is the most difficult person to work with. I literally have to gage how her day is going just to ask if I need help with something. 90% of the time her response is "I don't know."

      The employees from staff to management are intelligent and hard working.

      Cons

      There are many contract employees. They would benefit from working under the VWOA umbrella, especially for the benefits and promotional opportunites.
