      NONE!! If i could give ZERO STARS I WOULD.

      DO NOT WORK HERE!! One of the worst places I’ve worked in my life, I don’t even know where to start poor training from the beginning 9-6 shift, constant spying on your screen to see what your doing, then you will get a teams message from management asking you okay After call work!! Having 10 minutes a day to go too the loo, rude management , a lot off bullying in this environment as well. You will be on the phones constantly, between 9-5 then do one hour of admin. Managers only care about stupid targets. DO NOT WORK HERE unless u want to ruin your mental health. The managers have favouritism over there staff. You will never be able to work admin only telephones. constant calls with no break. Managers expect you to be on the phone for less than 5 minutes and spend less than a few minutes in after call code to write notes. This company is ridiculous. No career progression, long hours, constant spying on your screen to see what ur doing
