      It's a complete con. They send you on 5 weeks training and then boot you out when theh have selected their favourite 2 or 3. There is about 23 on training. Waste of time. We all trained 5 weeks and the All got sacked today because we failed a test by 1 or 2 marks. And we're all told different pass marks also. The 6montj probation is a lie. They have a loop hole.
