      Pros

      Shift system operates in Sandyford and you get 2 days off a month which is handy if you want to plan holidays. Also a lot of overtime so if money is your key motivator, you can earn good money on top of base agreed salary by working overtime, weekends, volunteering for bank holidays etc

      Cons

      The same can be a con for some as they find it hard to manage work life balance.

      Thank you very much for your review! We really appreciate you taking the time to review our company and your experience with us. In arvato Sandyford, we work with shifts and as you said we try to compensate this with days off and paid overtime.
