Pros

Decent hours, family friendly so getting home at reasonable time is a big pro. Excellent location

Cons

Communication breakdowns on daily basis, no understanding or respect from higher ups with agents. Client's demands are getting to point of ridiculous, so much to cover which takes away from the customer journey and makes conversation with customer impossible to sound genuine regardless of tone that is used. Then to fail calls for not providing a excellent customer journey and yet when agents try and convey the difficulties of calls due to unreasonable expectations it is overlooked and agents are blamed for not doing it the way client wants therefore failing calls under client standards not met.
