      The company also give equal opportunity to all the employees in growing themselves be it personally or in terms of career advancement. Overall, it is a good exposure to work with such a employee driven organization.

      Location, salary is quiet above mid range and also agile culture

      Cons

      Chinese mostly control the management and most of lead and crucial positions so if you are not Chinese Malaysian or Chinese you may find it hard to get up the ladder. No clear path for promotion or ladder , no clue for more interracial integration , most of decision not at Malaysia side but by German team in Germany
