Pros

High pay only due to negotiating skills. (New managers are bing lowballed) Days off and benefits are pretty good.

Cons

HORRIBLE Director of operations. Upper management are slave drivers. Assistant director is very lazy and does the bare minimum. The upper management watch you struggle and put all the work and pressure on lower managers. Extremely unorganized and the director thinks he knows everything BUT does not know ANYTHING. Very weak director of concepts. Director of beverage is a chain smoker and can’t handle pressure. All corporate staff are clueless and always pass the buck. (It’s not my job mentality). 0/10 company. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Cons

The managers and co-workers all they ever want to do is go to back talk and leave me alone. The attitude of staff when came to the customers. Horrible
