Cons
Morale in an office really depends on the individual office management. Good leadership at the top of an office yields satisfied employees. My experience was the office management was secretive and became cliquish as the office management changed. Work-life balance listed on paper is not practiced. Pirnie knows it has a problem but does not know how to address it. Merger with Arcadis changed Pirnie from a "family-like" atmosphere to strictly a business atmosphere. This culture may work for some people but it didn't work for me.
