Adequate compensation and benefits. Involved in many interesting engineering projects.

Cons

Though it presents itself as an employee-focused innovative company, bureaucracy and safe mediocrity is valued above all else. Management is continually making poor, short-sighted decisions that value billability over its people. Talented people are fleeing this company, and internal politics are ousting many more that would like to stay. Five+ years ago, this company constantly demonstrated a genuine appreciation for its employees. Poor hiring decisions in middle and senior management, however, combined with an unwillingness to correct its course, have eroded the soul of the organization.

Pros

Great training in terms of amount of info offered, good hours, professional business relationships, travel opportunities, lots of responsibility and individual task planning. Great work culture - lots of birthday celebrations and company anniversary parties.

Cons

Typical tasks repeat on a daily basis, at least for this job position. If you're coming from a different educational background, it is difficult to adjust to the lingo and expectations. Feels like a competitive environment. Main boss was always gone for business trips.

Flexible working hours, good people to help you around, and above all plethora of different projects to work on.

Cons

Low salary, no differentiation between a Masters and a Bachelors degree at the entry level, not very challenging work, bonus is a scare commodity here
