Pros

The people in most offices are great to work with. Benefits, PTO are okay, Work/Life Balance depends upon the office.

Cons

Management has no clue how to manage people. Company is rife with 'good old boys' mentality and it shows. Suck ups get the bonuses, raises and promotions. Company morale is at an all time low. Company puts too much emphasis on billability - if you are not at or close to 100%, dust off your resume and start looking elsewhere. Work environment is very stressful. Those who have not been laid off or furloughed are leaving in droves.

By the end, there were none. Promised cpd was given, but so full of management speak and waffle as to be worthless.

Cons

If you work in the European Theatre, 85% of fees go back to London as central costs. Or rather to the Partners pot which pays for the cost centres they keep centrally including their pension and equity pots. So no surprise that the salaries are low and there is always a reason why sadly we can't increase your salary at the moment

Pros

I can't think of any except some senior leadership is very good. Hard to get in touch with them though due to the large size of the company and they are clustered in few offices as opposed to spread evenly.

Cons

Cranbury office has very bad environment, no technical help and they like to humiliate new employees. Specially, the sediment group leadership (APH) in Cranbury is WORST. Some other offices are ok but if you looking for remediation projects to work on- forget it unless you are in Newton office.
