Working at ARCADIS really has been a fantastic experience for me, especially as my first job out of college.
Pros
There are many pros to working at ARCADIS. First, the people! The people are the absolute best. Secondly, ARCADIS is a challenging place to work. Whether those challenges are purposeful or due to the economy/staffing levels, this company asks you to go above and beyond your job description. I appreciate what I have learned here and what I continue to learn.
Cons
Hmm... I would say the cons of working in our HR department at ARCADIS is the turnover. Most of that turnover was due to staff reorganizations and voluntary turnover during a program implementation we went through with WorkDay that some just didn't want to go through. But it doesn't make it easier when some of our staff with the most historical knowledge of our company have left and we have to muddle through processes that were never taught downstream.
