I love being busy and there was always loads to do. You are not micro-managed and I really appreciated that and loved having responsibility. All the contact with the leaders in the different areas of the business meant that I was recognised and felt involved.

Good people who work very hard and are passionate about the job they do.

Cons

Internally focused, very bad senior leadership, foreign ownership and influence. Decision making at top is horrible - yes men (and women) need only apply - all others marginalized. New CEO and COO from outside - what does that tell you? 2015 will be a train wreak.

Competitive salaries and bonus potential. Interesting project work.

Cons

Very high billable rate goals. Unrealistic billable hour goals for senior staff who are also expected to bring in work and complete administrative tasks. The constant threat of layoffs based on billable rate alone has led to work hoarding and lack of client service.
