Lots of opportunity for professional development, for patient had working individuals who know how to navigate work place politics. Strong profitable company, with intensive customer connections. Lots of travel opportunity to customer sites (especially in far east). People often take a personal holiday after the customer engagement is finished.

Cons

Work can get very pressured. Dead lines are treated very seriously. Its part of what makes the success with customers.
