      Culture is mostly amazing, of course I’m biased since I landed in an amazing team.

      Growth Opportunities are limited, I realized that the best way to grow is creating connections outside your business unit.

      Pros

      Managers actually treat you like human beings most of the time Able to claim OT (for my position and team at least, it depends) Top vendor company in semicon, competing head to head with LAM (don’t say I never share that LAM is winning)

      Cons

      Managers recently like to bend over for TSMC and be yes man. The ones who have the suffer are us peasants. Average promotion rate (~2-3years, but can slow down significantly once you hit E3 unless you know how to suck it. But that goes for every company.
