      - Total compensation is ok - Work Life Balance is also ok - Most collegues are high level and positive - Advancement is possible (See cons.)

      Cons

      - Many Senior management positions are so detached from working level personnel causes resentment - Advancement is very dependant on PR rather than acctual capabilities. If you want a promotion you need a horse to promote you.
