Pros

Pay, benefits, & people I work directly with are great. Pay hikes are consistent & bonus pays put regularly. Stock is an added benefit. Applied is well positioned in the market.

Cons

The company just instituted going back into the office 5 days a week. This will be the reason I leave. I’ve put up with being passed over for promotions & poor decision making by management. One of the pros used to be work life balance but now that’s going away, there’s no reason to stay.
