Better compensation for the industry and benefits Most Coworkers are pleasant and easy to work with It's best days were in the early 2000.

Cons

Senior Management, there is a great loss of talent during the last 3 years, very little logic is used for most decision making Outsourcing everything! IT, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement Little value placed to loyal employees, its all about the cost.

Fast work pace, low bureaucracy, customer focused, the company will be here for the long term, will reward star employee, top management strategic vision (e.g. going into Solar market).

Cons

chaotic, not well organized, employee who are not stars might not get noticed, frequent layoffs.

The people at AMAT are great to work with and have mutual respect for one another. AMAT is also the at the forefront of the high-tech sector, building valuable tools in building devices we use on a daily basis. The scale of their products are just amazing.technology

Cons

The cyclical nature of the industry and the massive size of the company makes it hard to create changes in processes.
