Go to school on their dime while you can. Then bail out because if they haven't come after your paycheck yet, they will soon!

Cons

Inept and incompetent management at all levels abounds in this company. It has always had too much management - even with the layoffs we still have too much. These folks don't contribute to profits and are a drag on the bottom-line.
