It is a work place one enjoys with reasonable provided benefits. Some of the managers are worth working with and good to be in company with for professional growth.

Cons

No personal growth , however lately HR started realizing this one after Survey. Were they sleeping before? First Level managers, need to pass down culture the fashion they receive from their. Department matters a lot for growth where one joins. Give importance to work rather than money as later you may realize there hasn`t any value addition in your professional growth.
