No much workload. Kind of stable and steady job. Good work culture. Flexible timings. Freshers and new joiners given ample time and resources to get to speed. much restrictions

Cons

Monotonous work. - New ,from scratch work is hard to get by. - Not much onsite opportunities. - Work is repetitive.

Pros

Multi-ethnic workforce, safe work environment, ethical. Good bonuses when times are good. Stock grant program and employee stock purchase plan.

Cons

Company has outsourced and cut the workforce to meet unrealistic targets. This has led to a lot of strain on current employees. Poor senior management decisions relating to acquisitions, etc. have left the stock floundering.
