Smart people, good people. Depending on what group or department you work in, your experience will vary sharply.

Cons

Good ol' boy network; don't hold your breath to get ahead unless you plan on being there 10+ years or have no problem giving up your own attributes to do things the way they want - you get hired for your experience and breadth of knowledge and what you can bring to the table - then you're pretty much asked to be a parrot.
