      Pros

      Has a lot of good people working hard to make a difference.

      Cons

      Has a good ol' boys atmosphere. Basically if something does not work and your in the good ol' boy network the procedure is wrong, if you are not in the network you did not follow the procedure. Promotions and pay driven whether your manager likes you or not -- not performance. I have been on both sides of the spectrum.

      Short sighted vision. Implemetation of plans changed too often. We would be told to go one way, then another.
