Pros

Excellent pay and decent benefits along very interesting technology. Strong corporate core values that are actually followed by most and generally a very ethical company.

Cons

Can be very dysfunctional with lot's of in fighting between groups/divisions but not altogether atypical for a $10B company. Also layoffs have been a constant over that last few years as senior management tries to appease wall street and the BoD.
