The new senior leaders have a clear vision of where it is taking the company. This TEL merger is the biggest change in Applied's history and will be HUGE in shaping a new culture and competitive direction. Also, they just opened an amazing Wellness Center on site with doctors and state of the art workout facilities and exercise classes.

Cons

Hours and workload are intense- people are burning out.
