Pros
When I joined this company about 20 years ago, the benefit was pretty good compare to other companies in Korea, but it became a little lower position than before when I left the company even though it was still pretty good.
Cons
Since semi-industry market fluctuates a lot, the company also does, a lot of lay-off, hiring again... I experienced too much there.
