Pros

I enjoyed working for Applied Materials. The culture was young, energetic, with new ideas, growth, and lots of work for the employee and the company. It is a high tech company with very intelligent and talented work force. The benefits were very good - the company took an interest in the individual employees.

Cons

In some of the management or team supervisor positions it very difficult walk away from the job at night - lots of overtime and calls at all hours.
