Pros

I worked at Amazon at a fulfilment centre during the pandemic. It was a good short term job (4 months). The team i worked was was friendly and management was helpful as long as you worked hard and had a good rate. My workplace was very new and usually clean and as nice as a warehouse gets. Free tea and coffee during breaks. Also excellent benefits e.g. bonus and overtime rates.

Cons

Yes, you are 'just a number'. But as long as this doesn't bother you you should be fine. The work is very physical (depending on department). However I am not very fit/strong and after a few weeks adapting to the work I found it fairly easy. Work can be boring, but not mentally difficult.
