Pros

Good working environment, diverse teams, freedom of working from anywhere, good salary. Overall, it's a very nice place to work.

Cons

Sometimes, you don't have enough of freedom to contribute for your project. Every step needs permission from manager, which I think reduce the productivity of employees at some sense, also when employees are asked to changed their document 100 times to write it in their way sucks sometimes. Putting thoughts on paper from individual in his/her own way can definitely make a difference rather following all the pre defined guidelines in writing.
