Pros

- Good people to work with - Encouraging managers - VET (Voluntary Extra Time) and VTO (Voluntary Time Off) - Shift flexibility - Easy job; can be learned easily (hard at first; gets easier after a while) - Clean warehouse, good temperature

Cons

- Lines can get extremely messy and overwhelm you physically as well as mentally (physically because you need to move fast to increase your scan rates; mentally because you have to stack the boxes properly and it overwhelms you a lot) - Pallets gets messed up and boxes may fall on you (safety wise, things need to change at amazon)
