There is no limit to learn here. Awesome working culture and management culture. There is no dicatatorship here, you have your own say which is valued.

Cons

Sometime work pressure can be high, but it all depends on you on how u want to take it.

Pros

You can get to work at some cutting edge stuff -- if you manage to find a good team. At its best, Amazon can be a great place to work.

Cons

Work/life balance can be off in certain orgs within Amazon. It really depends where you end up. In some orgs, many junior, and not so junior, engineers are spending years supporting critical legacy systems, and hardly doing any new development.
